Meet the Team

Meet Samantha

My name is Samantha Ann! I began my true fitness journey in January 2019 and began coaching in October 2019. I have been a coach for nearly 5 years and competed in 2 bodybuilding shows. My experience has taught me a lot & changed my perspective on what is healthy. I began my journey around the time I was pursuing modeling in hopes to inspire others to achieve their goals and dreams, well God has another way for me to inspire others as well as serving others! With my drive for feeling healthy,strong, & mobile it was a perfect fit for my personality! #iykyk I specialize in body recomposition, fat loss, weight loss, & gaining healthy muscle mass. I want to heal, teach and inspire women that the number on the scale isn't everything and doesn’t tell the whole story. I also help with beginner wellness posing, body positivity, mobility , nutritional guidance. Meet Caleb

My name is Cal! I am a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in Strength/Conditioning, weight loss, and group fitness. I have 4 years of experience as a coach. I believe we should treat life as a sport, so let’s train like athletes!
I have always had a passion for helping people. I started my journey of helping others as a volunteer Firefighter/Emt. As I progressed in my career as a fire/medic I discovered a new love and appreciation for fitness, I immediately fell in love. I finally found how I can best serve my community. You could say I found the fountain of youth and I want to share it with everyone I possibly can.
My passion for coaching is something I take seriously. I’ve helped young athletes excel in their sport, and everyday folks finally lock in 5 push-ups. To me they are equally rewarding. I love helping people push past their mental stop signs and really unlock their true potential. There is no better reward for me than the smile someone gets when they achieve what they didn’t believe was possible.
Everyday we give a little bit more. Over time we stack that up and we don’t even remember that person that couldn’t do a push-up.
I am thrilled to be here and join you all on your journeys.

Meet Nicky

My Name is Nicky, and I’m a personal trainer here at Legion fitness in Rancho Cucamonga. I specialize in corrective exercise, total transformation, glute specialist, youth training, and nutrition. I have competed in several NPC Wellness competitions. I find it fascinating how we can change the body through exercise and nutrition. I’m pretty easy going and love to talk (I’m Italian we can’t help it). I like working with teenagers. I coached and refereed soccer for 8 yrs. Most of all, I love showing people what they’re capable of. Sometimes we have to go out of our comfort zone and push ourselves to know what we truly are capable of. I’m always asked, how did you get into this industry? What a lot people don’t know is, this industry unexpectedly found me. Quick back story... Over 3 yrs ago I felt off. I was experiencing all types of symptoms Just to name a few: brain fog, exhaustion, and bloating. I was given no real answer to why. After pushing for further testing, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and non-celiac. For those who don’t know what that is, hashimoto is attached to the thyroid and non-celiac is a gluten sensitivity. Now that I had answers, I dove deep into the nutritional side . Over time with the correct changes in my eating habits and making the necessary changes. I’ve never felt better or stronger.

I want to take all the knowledge I have, the ups & downs, and resources to help those who think, “just because you have a medical condition, or think you’re to old to start, or just plane think you can’t do it,”doesn’t mean your deemed unfixable or you’re broken”. I promise there is a healthier you lurking deep down, we just have to find it together.

Meet Mo

Hi, I’m Mohammed and I’ve been a personal trainer for the past three years. I got into training because I love working with people who are committed to bettering their lifestyles through fitness. Whether it's helping someone gain strength, boost confidence, or improve their energy and work performance, I believe fitness is a powerful tool for transformation. My goal is to guide and support my clients in unlocking their full potential—both in and out of the gym—through expert coaching, motivation, and a results-driven approach.

Meet Tanisha

With ten years of experience, Tanisha is a cool momma of 2 that specializes in functional strength training, flexibility, injury prevention, and weight loss. She brings a balanced approach to her clients that makes their goals attainable, while making their journey enjoyable. After many years of being a multi-sport athlete, fitness coaching became her passion. With her B.S in Exercise Science, background in Wellness Coaching, she has the knowledge and experience to help clients take back control of their health to live better quality lives. Her clients enjoy her motivational chats, and random dancing on the gym floor to keep the vibes going!!
